Skin Lesion, Right Leg, Punch Biopsy:&lt;br /&gt;
     - Mild perivascular lymphocyte predominant inflammation, see comment.&lt;br /&gt;
     - NEGATIVE for apparent eosinophils.&lt;br /&gt;
     - NEGATIVE for carcinoma.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Comment:&lt;br /&gt;
The differential diagnosis includes lupus, pseudolymphoma, lymphocytic infiltrate of Jessner, polymorphous light eruption, and Lyme disease. Lymphoma is not considered likely but cannot be excluded.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Correlation with the clinical findings and history is required. Possible additional sampling of the lesion seen clinically should be considered within the clinical context.&lt;br /&gt;
