Description
English: Very high magnification micrograph of dermatopathic lymphadenopathy, also dermatopathic lymphadenitis. H&E stain.

Features:

Using special stains one can demonstrate abundant interdigitating dendritic cells (S100 positive, CD1a negative) and Langerhans cells (S100 positive, CD1a positive).
