Splenic hamartoma, also hamartoma of the spleen, is an uncommon benign lesion of the spleen.

- Red lesion.
- Well-circumscribed.

Features:[3]
- Variable size irregular vascular channels
- Red pulp-like disorganized stroma
- +/-Lymphoid follicles.

- CD8 +ve endothelial cells.[3]
- Factor VIII +ve (diffuse intense).[4]
